.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Gulf will shift NE
through Wed. Fresh to strong SE return flow will develop over
the NW Gulf Wed through Thu ahead of the next cold front. The
front will move off the Texas coast late Fri, followed by fresh
to strong northerly winds Fri night into Sat. The front will
rapidly move across the basin, and begin to weaken as it reaches
the far SE Gulf this weekend.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.FRI...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
