.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the western Gulf will shift
northeastward to the NE Gulf Wed and to northeast of the area on
Fri as a strong cold front reaches eastern Texas. Fresh to
strong southeast return flow will develop over the far western
Gulf Wed through Thu. The cold front is expected to move off the
Texas coast Fri afternoon followed by fresh to strong northerly
winds. The front will rapidly move across the basin, and begin
to weaken as it reaches the far southeastern Gulf Sat night.
