.SYNOPSIS...Winds and seas continue to diminish over the basin
as high pressure builds in the wake of a cold front that moved
through the Gulf yesterday. A weaker front will move across the
eastern Gulf late Mon and Tue. High pressure building behind
that front will allow fresh to strong SE return flow off the
Texas coast by mid week. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE in the
