.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds and moderate seas persist over the 
northern Gulf this morning, as high pressure as strong high
pressure persists over the southern plains. Winds and seas will 
diminish through Mon as the high pressure shifts east, allowing 
gentle breezes and slight seas across the basin by mid week.

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
