.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure has settled into the far NE 
coastal waters and will slide NE through Mon night. A cold front 
will reach the NW Gulf Mon night, extend across the basin from 
central Florida to NE Mexico by Wed morning. Strong NE winds are 
expected behind the front Tue and Tue night, then the front will 
weaken and dissipate by Thu.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to N 15 to 20 kt
