.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Nestor near 29.3N 86.3W 996 mb
at 11 AM EDT moving ESE at 9 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt
gusts 55 kt. Nestor will become extratropical and move to 31.0N
83.5W this evening, 34.1N 79.5W Sun morning, 36.0N 75.1W Sun
evening, 36.6N 71.5W Mon morning, and 36.4N 66.6W Tue morning.
Marine conditions will improve rapidly across the NE Gulf
tonight and Sun as Nestor accelerates off to the NE. A cold
front will reach the NW Gulf Mon night, then extend across the
basin from northern Florida to NE Mexico on Tue night.
