.SYNOPSIS...Newly formed Tropical Storm Nestor near 27.0N 88.5W
999 mb at 2100 UTC moving NE at 19 kt. Maximum sustained winds
50 kt gusts 60 kt. Nestor will continue moving NE and reach near
28.9N 86.2W around midnight tonight, then move inland near
sunrise across the central Florida Panhandle, then continue NE
across the SE U.S. Sat through Sun morning, before emerging
across coastal North Carolina and into the W Atlantic Sun
afternoon through evening. Marine conditions will improve
rapidly across the NE portions of the basin Sat night through
Sun as the cyclone accelerates off to the NE. A cold front will
reach the NW Gulf Mon night, and extend across the basin from
northern Florida to NE Mexico on Tue night.
