.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Sixteen near 24.1N 93.7W
1004 mb at 0300 UTC moving NE at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds
35 kt gusts 45 kt. Sixteen will continue moving NE tonight,
reaching near 26.0N 91.1W Fri morning as a Tropical Storm, then
continue NE and gradually expand in size, and strengthen
slightly, reaching just offshore of the western Florida
Panhandle near 30.2N 86.1W Sat morning, before moving NE and
inland Sat. Marine conditions will improve rapidly across the
basin Sat night through Sun as Sixteen accelerates off to the NE
and eventually into the W Atlc waters.

35 kt. Seas 4 to 10 ft. Numerous showers and scattered tstms.

25 kt, becoming E 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 4 to 10 ft.
