.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from central Florida to 25N94W to the
coast of Mexico S of Tampico will stall across the central Gulf
later today, and meander over the northern Gulf through Fri. A
developing broad low pressure area centered near 21N95W will
drift northward today, then accelerate NE and intensify Fri and
Sat. Strong to near gale force winds will encircle the low on
Fri, with gale force winds associated with the low expected in
the NE Gulf Fri night and Sat. It has a high chance to develop
into a tropical or subtropical cyclone during the next two days.
