.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the NW Gull will reach from the
Mississippi delta to Veracruz by Sat afternoon. The front will
become stationary on Sun from the FL Panhandle to the Bay of
Campeche. Strong to minimal gale force northerly winds are
expected behind the front along the Tamaulipas Coast tonight,
then over the waters near Veracruz Sat afternoon. Winds will
diminish across the entire area Sun as high pressure north of
the area slides eastward.

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SAT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
