.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure is organizing this morning and a
Potential Tropical Cyclone Seven is located near 23.5N 94.3W
1006 mb at 5 AM EDT moving W at 6 kt. Maximum sustained winds
30 kt gusts 40 kt. This low will move to 23.4N 95.2W this
afternoon, and is expected strengthen to a tropical storm near
23.4N 96.3W Wed morning, 23.7N 97.1W Wed afternoon, move inland
and weaken to a tropical depression near 24.3N 98.2W Thu
morning, and dissipate Fri morning.

showers and isolated tstms.
