.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian near 22.5N 67.7W 986 mb at 5 PM EDT
moving NW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 75 kt gusts 90 kt.
Dorian will move to 23.8N 68.7W Fri morning, 25.2N 70.4W Fri
afternoon, 26.0N 72.3W Sat morning, 26.5N 74.2W Sat afternoon,
and 27.0N 77.7W Sun afternoon. Dorian will change little in
intensity as it moves to near 27.5N 80.0W Mon afternoon, and
inland near  28.1N 81.4W Tue. Elsewhere, high pressure will
continue across the Gulf of Mexico through Sun.
