.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Dorian near 16.0N 63.0W 1006 mb at
11 PM EDT moving NW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt
gusts 55 kt. Dorian will move to 17.0N 64.5W Wed morning, 18.5N
66.5W Wed evening, 20.3N 68.1W Thu morning, 22.1N 69.6W Thu
evening, and 23.7N 71.0W Fri evening. Dorian will strengthen to
a hurricane near 25.3N 72.7W late Sat, and change little in
intensity as it moves to 27.4N 76.8W Sun. Otherwise, high
pressure will continue across the Gulf of Mexico through Sat
night, maintaining gentle to moderate winds and seas generally
under 4 ft.
