.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the forecast waters
through Thu night. This will produce moderate to fresh south to
southeast over the waters west of 90W and mainly light to gentle
winds east of 90W.

.SUN...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
