.SYNOPSIS...The combination of a pre-frontal trough over the NE
Gulf ahead of a stationary front located over the southern U.S.
along with very deep tropical moisture in place continues to
result in scattered showers and thunderstorms over the NE and
north-central Gulf. Some of this activity may contain strong
gusty winds causing rough seas. Moderate to fresh southwest
winds are expected over the NE Gulf ahead of the front and
trough through at least Sun. Fresh to strong winds will pulse
over the western Yucatan Peninsula adjacent waters through Mon.
Otherwise, Atlantic high pressure will build westward across the
area early Sat and prevail through Wed.
