.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front across the southeast United States
will reach the Gulf northern waters later this morning. The
front should stall Fri before lifting north of the area Sat
morning. Moderate to fresh SW winds are expected over the NE
waters Thu through Sat with the front. Otherwise, surface high 
pressure will establish in the region Fri and prevail through 
Mon. No tropical cyclone activity is expected during the next 
several days. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.FRI NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT THROUGH MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.  

North Central and Northeast Gulf of Mexico
