a gentle to moderate wind flow and relatively low seas across
the area.

.WED...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT AND THU...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI THROUGH SUN...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
