.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending from 28N82W to a
1016 mb low near 27N94W to 25N96W continue to generate scattered
showers and tstms across the northern half of the basin. A
surface trough over the Bay of Campeche generates similar shower
activity. The front will transition to a warm front later today
and dissipate along the northern gulf coast at night. Otherwise,
a surface trough will form over the Yucatan Peninsula and move
into the Bay of Campeche at night with fresh to locally strong
winds.

the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms.
