.SYNOPSIS...A ridge along the northern coast of the Gulf of 
Mexico will retreat E Tuesday night and allow a cold front to 
move unusually far S for this time of year over the northern 
Gulf. The front will then stall and weaken Wed and Thu. Gentle to
moderate winds will continue across most of the basin, except 
for fresh to strong winds pulsing to the W of the Yucatan 
peninsula tonight and Monday night. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. 
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to NW in the
