.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure is south of Mobile Alabama near 27.5N
88.2W 1009 mb at 5 AM EDT moving W at 4 kt. Maximum sustained
winds are 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt. The low pressure will move
to  27.5N 88.7W this afternoon, then may intensify into a
tropical storm as it moves to 27.7N 89.5W by Fri morning. The
low pressure will continue to 28.0N 90.3W Fri afternoon, 28.5N
91.1W Sat morning, and move inland to 31.0N 91.7W Sun morning.
Winds and seas diminish thereafter across the basin through
early next week.
