.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the western Gulf
through Wednesday. Low pres developing over the NE Gulf this
evening will strengthen through the remainder of the week,
possibly into a tropical cyclone, as it drifts westward over the
N central and NW Gulf into the weekend.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the late morning and afternoon. 
.WED NIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the
evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less, then, building to 3 ft late.
Scattered showers. 
.THU...NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.
