.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the western Gulf
into mid week. A surface low will move from Georgia to the 
northeast Gulf Wed where it will slowly intensify through Sat, 
possibly into a tropical cyclone, as it drifts westward through
the north central and northwest Gulf through late Sat.

.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
