.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the western Gulf
into mid week. A surface low will move from Georgia to the
northeast Gulf on Wed where it will slowly intensify through Fri
as it drifts westward towards SE Texas. Strong to near gale
force winds and building seas are expected for the north-central
and northwest gulf early Thu through Sat associated with the
low.

.OVERNIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.WED NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
