.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the western Gulf
into mid week. A surface low will form along a trough over the
northeast Gulf on Wed, then slowly intensify through Fri as it
drifts westward. Strong to near gale force winds and building
seas are expected for the north-central and northwest gulf early
Thu through Sat associated with the low.
