.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will remain over the region
through the week and into the upcoming weekend. Scattered 
showers and thunderstorms over the western half of the basin 
tonight through Tue may be accompanied by strong gusty winds and
locally rough seas.

building to 3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
