.SYNOPSIS...Showers and thunderstorms over the NE Gulf will 
diminish today. Winds and seas may be higher near tstms. A 
diurnal trough forming over the Yucatan Peninsula will produce 
fresh to locally strong winds each night as it moves off the 
coast. Otherwise, a ridge will prevail over the Gulf of Mexico 
through Sat night.
