Florida to near Brownsville Texas will stall today, then linger 
as a stationary front near the northern Gulf coast through Fri 
night. Southerly winds will increase over the western Gulf on 
Sat.

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 5 to
10 kt late in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.

.WED...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the morning,
