.SYNOPSIS...A weak stationary front extends from near Panama
City, Florida to just SE of Houston, Texas. The front will
linger in this area through Thu night and lift N as a warm front
Fri and Fri night. An upper-level trough will support scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms over NE Gulf for the next
couple of days.

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 5 ft late. 
.TUE...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to N to NE. Seas 2 ft
or less.
