.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure area over Louisiana will move further
inland through Sat, keeping the winds from the S and SW across
the northern Gulf waters. The associated cold front will reach
the coast of Texas Fri night, and move across the northern Gulf
over the upcoming weekend. Fresh S to SW winds are expected over
the NE Gulf most of the forecast period.
