.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure in the W Gulf of Mexico will
drift NW toward Matamoros Mexico tonight, with a low chance of
developing to a tropical cyclone. Elsewhere, gentle to moderate
ESE winds will persist S of a ridge in the northern Gulf of
Mexico tonight. The ridge will shift eastward on Wednesday,
followed by  increasing S to SE return flow for most of the
basin Thu through Sun.

thunderstorms. 
.WED...SE to S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Scattered
