.SYNOPSIS...A trough will move across the Florida peninsula this
morning, reaching the northeastern Gulf later today, then weaken
into Fri as it continues to move north of the area. Elsewhere 
high pressure will support over the northern Gulf will support 
gentle to moderate winds over the northeast Gulf and moderate to 
fresh SE winds elsewhere, diminishing through Sat.

.TODAY...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Areas of fog with
visibility 3 to 5 nm beyond 60 nm.
