.SYNOPSIS...High pressure NE of the area will generally support
moderate to fresh E to SE winds through Thu, with occasionally
stronger winds off southern Texas. High pressure will weaken and
drift eastward by late week as a broad low pressure trough 
develops near the Florida Peninsula. The weakening gradient will 
allow winds to diminish into the weekend.
