.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front slowly drifting across the
far southeast Gulf will stall and dissipate through late today.
High pressure over the southeast United States will shift
eastward into the western Atlantic through tonight, allowing
moderate to occasionally fresh SE return flow over the northwest
Gulf through early next week.
