.SYNOPSIS...High pres ridges W from the Atlc over the northern
Gulf waters. A moist SE wind flow S of the ridge will support
patchy fog, some dense, over much of the northern Gulf until Sun
morning. SE winds will increase over the western Gulf today as
the Yucatan Peninsula trough shifts W over the SW Gulf. A cold
front could bring strong to severe thunderstorms to the Texas
coast late Sun night, then E along the northern Gulf coast Mon.
The cold front will cross the basin Mon and Tue but weaken into
a trough as it reaches the far SE Gulf by late Wed.
