.SYNOPSIS...Areas of dense fog across the NW and N central Gulf
and areas of dense smoke across the W central and SW Gulf will
linger today. Otherwise, a stationary front along the northern
Gulf coastline will lift N as a warm front today. Strong winds
will develop each evening through Mon N and W of the Yucatan
Peninsula. High pres will prevail across the basin through Sun
before retreating eastward. This will enable a cold front to
move off the Texas coast early Mon. The front will extend from
near Louisiana to the Bay of Campeche Mon night, then from the
Florida panhandle to the Yucatan Peninsula Tue night.
