.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from near Tampa Florida to
across the central Gulf near 22N94W then is a stationary front
to  to Mexico near 18N93W. The front will continue to move SE
and exit the basin through the rest of today. High pres
following the front will slide E across the southern United
States Wed and Thu. Moderate E winds over the Gulf Wed will veer
to SE and become fresh to strong over the NW Gulf by late Sat.

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the late
morning and early afternoon, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
