.SYNOPSIS...High pres over the northern Gulf will shift E today
ahead of a cold front moving off the Texas coast this evening.
The front is forecast to reach a position from Panama City to
27N90W to Tampico, Mexico near 22N97W by Sun morning, then stall
just S of Tampa Bay to 25N90W to the central Bay of Campeche by
Mon morning. Strong to near gale force N winds and building seas
will follow the front over the western Gulf on Sun. Winds will
reach minimal gale force near Tampico Sun and near Veracruz Sun
night. Winds and seas will gradually diminish through Tue exits
to the SE. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SE 20 to 25 kt
late in the evening, then, shifting to NE to E after midnight,
shifting to N 25 to 30 kt late in the night. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SUN...N to NE winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...NE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.
