.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the northern Gulf will shift
east Sat ahead of a cold front moving off the Texas coast Sat
night. Fresh to strong northerly winds will follow the front Sun
and Sun night over the western Gulf. Winds and seas will 
gradually diminish through early next week as the front shifts 
southeast of the area.
