.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from the Florida Straits
near 25N80W to a 1013 mb low pressure located near 23N85W, then
continues as a cold front to near 20N91W where it becomes
stationary to the central Bay of Campeche. Strong to near gale-
force N to NE winds are within about 90 nm NW of the low/front.
The low will move towards the NW Bahamas this afternoon dragging
the cold front, forecast to move SE of the area tonight. Winds
and seas will gradually diminish as the front moves SE of the
Gulf waters. High pressure in the wake of the front will
dominate the Gulf region through Sat.
