.SYNOPSIS...High pres will prevail over the forecast waters
through Thu. A cold front will enter the NW Gulf of Mexico Thu
night. The front will reach from the Florida Big Bend to the Bay
of Campeche by Fri evening. Gale force winds will be possible
over the waters near Tampico and Veracruz Fri.
