.SYNOPSIS...High pres centered N of the Gulf will shift E to
over the western Atlc by Fri. Low pres over interior Mexico will
deepen Tue and Wed. This will set up strong SE to S return flow
over most of the Gulf Tue night through Wed night. A strong cold
front will enter the NW Gulf of Mexico Thu night, then reach
from the Florida Big Bend to the Bay of Campeche by Fri evening.
Gales will be possible for the waters near Tampico and Veracruz
Fri.

dense fog within 30 nm of the coast.
