.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from central Florida to near
Veracruz Mexico. The front will continue to move slowly across
the remainder of the Gulf and SE of the area on Wed. Strong
winds and high seas will follow west of the front, with gale
conditions expected near Veracruz Mexico Tue afternoon and Tue
night. High pres will build over the Gulf behind the front and
prevail the rest of the week.
