.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from central Florida to near
Veracruz Mexico will continue to move slowly across the Gulf and
move out of the area on Wed. Strong winds and high seas will 
follow west of the front. High pres will build over the Gulf 
behind the front and prevail the rest of the week.
