.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from Tamapa Bay to near 
23N90W and to the south central Bay of Campeche will reach from 
Naples to 23N90W and to the eastern Bay of Campeche late 
tonight, then stall and weaken from the Florida Keys to the 
eastern Bay of Campeche early on Mon and weaken. Gale force 
northerly winds behind the front offshore of Veracruz will 
continue through late tonight. The remnants of the front will 
lift northward Mon night and Tue and dissipate across the NE 
Gulf of Mexico by late Wed night. Moderate to fresh return flow 
will dominate the western Gulf of Mexico Wed through Fri as high 
pressure from the Atlantic builds westward across the area.
