.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from Houston Texas SW to
Brownsville will extend from the Florida Big Bend SW to the
central gulf to Tampico, Mexico by Mon afternoon. The front will
stall across the northern Gulf waters Mon night, lift N toward
the northern Gulf states Tue, before moving off the Texas coast
again Wed and stalling over the NW Gulf through late week.
Expect fresh to strong E-NE winds N of the front over the NW and
N central Gulf tonight through Tue morning.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to NE to E 20 to
25 kt in the late evening and overnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.MON...NE to E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NE to E
swell.
