.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters through Sun 
afternoon producing mainly a southerly return flow. The next cold
front will reach the NW Gulf of Mexico on Sunday evening and 
extend from the Florida Big Bend through Tampico, Mexico by Mon 
afternoon. Then front is forecast to then stall across the 
northern Gulf waters through Tue morning.
