.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong northerly winds dominates most of
the central and E Gulf in the wake of a cold front currently
located SE of the area. The wind speeds will slow down to
moderate to fresh tonight, while winds veering to the NE and E.
Southerly return flow will prevail across the Gulf region from
Thursday through Saturday night. Another cold front will reach
the NW Gulf of Mexico on Sunday morning.
