.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pres over the N Central Gulf will shift
eastward across the NE Gulf through tonight and dissipate by
early Sun. The combination of high pressure that will build
south-southwest from the Mid-Atlantic region and low pressure
over western Texas will bring an increase to the southerly flow
over the western Gulf waters beginning on Tue night.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Isolated
showers. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt, except SE winds 5 to 10 kt W of 
94W. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Isolated showers.
