.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from just north of Tampa Bay,
FL to the central Bay of Campeche near 18N94W will stall across
the southern Gulf along 22N-23N on Wed. The western part of the
front will drift northward on Thu while the eastern part of the
front will remain nearly stationary across the Straits of
Florida while dissipating.
