.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from Mobile Alabama to 25N95W
to Tampico Mexico will push into the southern Gulf by Wed 
morning, then stall from the Florida Straits to near Veracruz 
Mexico by Thu morning. The front will drift northward and weaken 
Thu night and Fri. Winds of near gale force over the NW Gulf will
frequently gust to 35 kt this morning. NW to N gales are also 
expected west of the front along the coast of Mexico near Tampico
through this afternoon.
